The U.S. Soccer Sports Career Summit is an annual career development and networking event designed to connect undergraduate college students with professionals in the sports industry. Through interactive breakout sessions, panel discussions, and one-on-one conversations, attendees gain valuable insights into career pathways in sports and the skills needed to succeed.

Industry leaders from U.S. Soccer and beyond speak in keynote discussions and panels across a range of topics, including sports business, the future of soccer, sports media & content, and social impact. Past panels have included Sporting (On-Field & Competition), Social Impact in Sports, Business Strategy & Partnerships, and more.

The 2026 U.S. Soccer Sports Career Summit took place on February 19th, 2026 at The Westin Peachtree in Downtown Atlanta. This year’s summit provided a deep dive into U.S. Soccer and the sport as we prepare for the 2026 World Cup and included fantastic panel conversations that included leaders in at FIFA World Cup and Former USMNT Star Jozy Altidore.
