Position Summary
The youth soccer coach will be responsible for the coaching of soccer camps and clinics around the Atlanta area. The youth soccer coach will deliver from different curricula depending on the program. In addition, the coach will actively scout and recommend players for Atlanta United’s Regional Development School program.
Roles and Responsibilities
- A coach’s working week is comprised of on field coaching hours & administration duties
- Required to attend a mandatory paid preseason orientation event
- Assist in RDS team tryouts.
- Scout/recommend talented, potential RDS players.
- Organize and assist in the running of other camps/clinics/tryouts throughout the year.
- Assist with Community Relations events as needed.
- Assist with training for affiliate programs as needed.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Be a current USSF ‘D’ licensed coach or United Soccer Coaches ‘National Diploma’ (minimum)
- Possess the drive to develop youth players and work as part of a team
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be a motivated individual who can work a varied schedule of nights, weekends, and holidays
- Possess strong organizational and personal management skills
- Possess basic computer skills, example Excel, word, power point, keynote
- Have the ability to plan, create, execute and document training sessions and programs

U.S. Soccer is seeking a data and result-driven Senior CRM Marketing Manager who will oversee the design and execution of data-driven, personalized marketing campaigns that deepen engagement, drive retention, and grow the federation’s audience. Operating at the intersection of technology, marketing, and revenue, the Senior CRM Marketing Manager will set the strategic direction for CRM marketing initiatives, ensure alignment across departments, and drive measurable business outcomes through advanced segmentation, marketing automation, and performance analytics.
As Senior CRM Marketing Manager, you will be experienced in leading audience development and segmentation, working with marketing automation tools, understanding data workflows, and can execute personalized campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and digital ads.
As a strategic leader and executional expert, the Senior CRM Marketing Manager will set best practices, establish measurement frameworks, and manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure that U.S. Soccer’s data-driven marketing efforts are maximized. This role will play a key part in revenue growth by leveraging CRM to support ticket sales, membership programs, sponsorship activations, and content monetization.

Primary Responsibilities

- Track and report on CRM campaign performance, providing insights on key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, etc.).
- Identify trends in fan engagement and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring CRM efforts align with broader marketing objectives.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
- Proven experience leading CRM strategy and cross-functional execution across marketing, data, and technology teams
- Expertise in CRM tools (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or similar)

Position Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and reliability of the National Training Center’s building systems. This hands-on role serves as the technical lead for all core infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building automation systems. Working within a small facilities team, the maintenance technician responds to work requests and performs maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.

- Perform hands-on operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and building automation systems.
